Terms and Conditions

1. The minimum purchase is $10(US) (100 pixels) per pixel sale and the maximum purchase is whatever is left unsold.
2. When you buy pixels on this site you will not own any part of www.MillionPixelAdvertising.com but rather you purchase the right to submit an image and link which (upon approval) will be published on the homepage of this site in the space you have paid for
3. Your pixel ad space will stay active for 1 year from the date your pixels go live
4. If for any reason in the future you want your pixel image and link removed from the homepage we will take care of that for you but be aware that you will not get a refund and we will retain the right to re-sell the space.
5. If the link goes inactive for a period of 60 days or more your image and link will be removed from the advertising page. You will not get a refund and we will retain the right to re-sell the space.
6. Pixel images must be the exact size you have purchased (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels)
7. Pixel Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, the file size must be reasonable
8. You must have the legal right to provide the pixel image and link for the website you submit
9. Your payment must be fully received and cleared before your pixels can go live on the homepage
10. There might be occasional website downtime for routine site maintenance but I will try and keep these to a minimum
11. Once you have sent you order and the funds have cleared (eg. in my PayPal or bank account), Your pixels should go live within 24-48hrs (posting times may vary depending on demand)
12. If your pixel image and link are approved and published on the homepage, you can not get a refund
13. We will allow animated .gif advertisements as long as they are not annoying or sexually explicit.
14. No obscene/offensive/adult images/links/ads will be accepted, and I decide what is appropriate for this site. If you submit an image or link that is not approved, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, else your money will be refunded in full and you will lose your pixels
15. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site or ad space to show offensive/obscene/adult/malicious material your pixel ad will be removed, you will not get a refund and we will retain the right to re-sell the space.
16. If your link leads to pages or pop-ups that deploy malware of any form your advertisement will be removed and you will not get a refund and we will retain the right to re-sell the space.
17. * After your purchase, you will receive the username and password to your very own advertiser control panel where you can edit your advertisement content or pixel ad link anytime you choose! (A value added service that the others don't offer) You will also be given an account to our "Meet the Advertisers" forum where you can discuss the details of your pixel ad, website, business, etc.
